These are the terms and conditions for shopping at Fifthrequisite jeans webshop.

PAYMENT, PRICES AND DELIVERY

We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover on Paypal only. Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail.

Shipping costs will be added to your order. Minimum order value is 50 USD.

For the additional item the shipping cost will be added half of the shipping cost of first purchase.

The goods can not be delivered to you without a signature. We will not deliver to PO boxes.

Order to countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxed, which are levied once your package your country. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries and we can not estimate what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, please contact your local custom for more information.

RETURN POLICY

We do not return money once your purchase agreed. We do exchange purchased item for sizes(with in 14 days), but the product must be in mint condition.Label must be intact. When returning item, always use the return form which you recieve with your delivery.
*In case the product has problem from us, we happy to exchange for you without charging any shipping cost.

Customer is responsible for shipping of returned goods back to Fifthrequisite. Fifithrequisite will not compensate for items that have been lost in transportation. When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs.

PERSONAL DETAILS

When you register to fifthrequisite webshop your personal details will be registered.

We only collect information to process your order. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfil the purposes described above.

DELIVERY TIME

Fifthrequisite jeans webshop only ship package on every Monday and Friday on each week ( except during public holiday. )

The package will be available within 10 days by EMS and 20-25days by AIRMAIL

WE ACCEPT PAYPAL MEMBER ONLY

Fifthrequisite jeans webshop accept paypal only. Customer need to be paypal member to purchase our product.

Why need to be Paypal member?
